Oh! I've been meaning to drop this meme on y'all for a while! Ganked from approximately half my writing f-list. O.o

Give me the title of a story I've never written, and feedback telling me what you liked best about it, and I will tell you any of: the first sentence, the last sentence, the thing that made me want to write it, the biggest problem I had while writing it, why it almost never got posted, the scene that hit the cutting room floor but that I wish I'd been able to salvage, or something else that I want readers to know.

You guys know my fandoms! If I don't know it, I'll make something up.

I was thrilled when you wrote that epic Merlin/Morgana fic, our last day of magic, especially in light of the fact that it's incredibly difficult to find good fic for this pairing. I guess the rest of the internet has not caught on to the awesome yet? In any case, the way you told in flashback worked really well to juxtapose the present-- in which Merlin and Morgana are enemies-- and the past-- in which they explored their magic together and fell in love. Merlin's inner conflict nearly broke my heart.

Man, the two of them are SO AWESOME. I almost subtitled it - it was going to be our last day of magic; the eye of the hurricane, but I finally decided not to do that. The flashback was incredibly hard to work out, actually, because I needed a framing segment and I was having a hard time working that out. But I had a wonderful time writing it, and I know! There is so little Merlin/Morgana fic out there. D:

First sentence: Every hurricane has an eye, a center point, a place of rest where the winds die and for a time everything is calm.
Last sentence: He thinks of the note she will write to him tomorrow.
