The star is an INTEGRAL SYMBOL, like, everywhere. How does our mythology warp without it? If we have to "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star", then what did little prodigy Mozart do variations of? Are the names in Hollywood's Walk of Fame now inscribed in a different shape?
