be_themoonSo just before my sister left, I went nuts on the PS on her laptop, and made 91 different icons over 4 fandoms - Avatar, Narnia, Supernatural, and LotR. They are, in all their glory, over here, where the LJ-cuts refuse to work and now if you try to click on the LJ-cut I attempted to make or on the entry title, they DIE. So for some reason, you have to look at them directly from the main page. Anyways. So now some teasers/wank on coloring. And a bit of glee.
Avatar:
There are 60 Avatar icons over there. XD I'd forgotten until I went to my photobucket yesterday and looked how nicely the coloring had come out. Some of them could do with some sharpening and maybe some lightening, but I was in a rush. Mostly I think they're nice as bases, though some of them could stand alone. Azula especially looks pretty darn fierce. XD Love that lady.
Supernatural:
Eh. I didn't particularly like the work I did on these. The spiders one did get a mod's choice award over at one of the Supernatural stillness comms, mostly because it really is quite amusing (even if I do say so myself). All in all, blahish.
LotR:
The LotR ones are just 7 different variations of this same icon. I had a lot of fun, and some of them really are quite beautiful.
Narnia:
Mm. For some reason, the coloring technique I used on the Narnia icons worked pretty well on about a third of them and looked nothing but blah on the others. Annoying, for sure. Ah well. It was still a great deal of fun and some of them ended up looking pretty nice.
