OMG YAYYYYYYY

I mean, it's been coming up for the past five or six weeks, but still. Mary's finally home, and she's brought Aidan with her (her boyfriend from New Zealand). He's nice, he's funny, he's got an accent, and I have got my entire family + 2 significant others all here in the house, which makes me so happy, you have no idea. Matt came down for the weekend to see Mary and Aidan, we saw Kat and Sam's games (which they both won), everything's fantastic and I haven't felt this happy in ages.

Which is, in short, to say that I'm going to be pretty absent until Wednesday. I'll keep up with things a little, but for the most part I'll be running around Fl. with my family and showing Aidan all the stuff here (the heat kills him, it's kind of funny - also, he saw his first snake ever yesterday, in Virginia).

Tonight was pretty much epic. We squabbled over who got to the food first, played Catan, got Aidan addicted to my mom's caesar salad, ate icecream (Esther: "So, Aidan, we've got Heavenly Hash and Dulce de Leche icecream, which would you like?" Aidan: "My answer to that is yes." Esther: "Both kinds? Oh, look, there's regular chocolate too. Is your answer to that yes too?" Aidan: "Yes.").

I am walking on air.

we are ridiculously weird. like, half the time we're just normal and stuff, a quarter of the time we're way too awesome, and the other quarter of the time we are trying not to kill each other - or vice versa, kill each other. y'know.
