*twitches* I think I could use that 'It's like DIsney on acid!' icon right about now.

Going to transcribe a few of my Twitters over here because they did a good job of Summing Things Up.

-GUYS I have to research the Roman Army for SCHOOL omg how much better can my life get? (don't answer that question. let me be positive.)

-also, me on pain, sugar, aspirin and cracked teeth is a little like watching a train wreck. it'll be worse when i have to do the dishes. i hope i don't break any. *thoughtful*

-We doctors know / a hopeless case if --- listen: there's a hell / of a good universe next door; let's go -e. e. cummings

-cramping really bad. aspiring not only not helping but apparently making me loopy at the same time. i am NEVER going on meds. can you imagine the havoc? (also that would be *aspirin, not aspiring)

So the aspirin throwing me for a loop thing - I'm not even kidding, which is, uh, kind of sad. And they haven't even helped with the pain, just made me lose way too many inhibitions and feel kind of light and airy. except for the pain. I'm not even sure if it's the aspirin, it could also be the sugar! and the pain. cramps and cracked teeth not good! (thankfully, I have an appointment tomorrow and I can only hope that both of my problem teeth are coming directly out.)

Also, is it really bad that when I saw a hostage scene just now, I immediately said outloud "Oh come on, like he could kill her. He's got his knife to her wrists, for goodness' sakes, with no way to slit her throat. Wrists take time to bleed out. He could technically stab her in the face, heart or stomach but these guys are supposed to be crack shots I'm pretty sure he'd be dead before he moved the knife more than like two inches."

off to hopefully not break dishes!

The Roman Army! <3

Ugh, cramps. I'm supposed to start in a few days, and I just started this new antibiotic that makes you feel like crap for a week. I think my body is plotting against me. D :

Feel better!

I love the Roman Army! XD

Thanks! I'm feeling a bit better now - I think that is mostly because the numbing stuff has not yet worn off. Almost!

Yesterday, I saw a guy dressed like a Roman legionnary, carrying a double bass.

*cackles* I've only started thinking these things recently. Hanging around [livejournal.com profile] xxlucyferxx is a bad influence on me - there was a Buffy episode in which some kid got bewitched by a demon on the internet and started scratching very lightly into his arm with a scalpel. My immediate response was "OH SURE THAT WON'T EVEN SCAR". *shakes head*

My dad kind of looked at me and said "That's a good point," and I slunk back out of the room because the show was just that horrible and they were putting down their weapons WHAT.

I remember reading your post on that episode! I find it really amusing how so many fandom writers are like "NO SHOW. THAT IS NOT HOW IT IS DONE."

You probably shouldn't take aspirin, it's bad for younger people, and it's a blood thinner, which probably wouldn't help during a period. I usually use ibuprofen, and my trusty heating pad.

Hmm. I would take ibuprofen, but we never actually have any in the house unless my sister's home, and I never remember to ask my mom to get it instead. So I'm stuck with aspirin as the only pain relief we have. Also, HEATING PADS OMG YAY. *flails*

I keep meaning to ask my mom to get some other sort of pain killers, but I never remember! (HEE. I am afraid my mother would disapprove! Also, I think my reaction to almost any sort of medication proves I could not be trusted with this stuff.)

But you should, though, because apparently aspirin is really bad for kids. Yes, you still count as a kid. PIPSQUEAK.

LOL, you should take children's tylenol, since aspirin makes you loopy. I would find that extremely entertaining. (But Mommm! Why did you get the bubblegum flavored one! I asked for the strawberry!)

ROMAN ARMY! At the Coloseum in Rome, there were dudes dressed up as gladiators that you could take pictures with. It was cool. 8D

...So, Betsy, a little high on aspirin, are we?

ALSO, BB, YOU ARE AMAZING. *tackles*

I SWEAR I DON'T KNOW HOW I DO IT. Apparently I have a ridiculously low tolerance for anything approaching chemical stuff. First aspirin, now numbing things! It is insane!

ALSO. hee! I thought you'd enjoy that! I really, really want to read the Demon's Lexicon but I have no way to get my grabby little hands on it. I can't buy it, my parents wouldn't approve and I can't hide it that long, and it's not at the library as far as I'm aware. So I guess I'll just have to wait. D:

Oh dear. Well, if it makes you feel better, I also have my share of weirdness from medicine. When I was little, my dad once gave me an adult dosage of Tylenol. Yup. :\

Hahah, it looks REALLY COOL. I have yet to read her parodies of other things, but I rather want to. :)
