I really want to post about religion and politics in my journal, but I end up backing out because I don't want heated arguments. Discussions turn into arguments which creates bad feelings for all. I learned my lesson the hard way when I posted about Obama's speedy reaction to the Haiti disaster. It showed ides of people that I didn't think they were capable of having. It really disappointed me.
