Oh, absolutely! Your story actually reminded me a great deal of this one, with the slightly-off Heaven and the characters who both can and can't understand.
Yeah, that was hard to read too! It is difficult for me to see a character so curious abotu death but it brought into sharp focus the link death has to life, how you're not truly alive unless you can die, as Edmund says.
It is so strange to put SUsan in with those three, isn't it? Anyway, you definitely wrote a rattling sort of fic for it
