SO. TODAY. I did my tutoring thing (YAY MONEY AND TEACHING KIDS!). I go twice a week (Monday's and Wednesday's) to math at my best friend's house because her mom (Mrs. V) is awesome and was working on her degree in Chemistry when she got married and is really really smart, basically. And my mom likes this arrangement better than trying to teach me Algebra and Geometry herself, because that does not turn out well. And the two T. boys (Pauly and Mikey) and another boy named Jerry come too, and Mrs. V teaches all of us and Phoebe and Lila (Phoebe's younger sister).

Anyways, she taught us Algebra 1 and Geometry and now she's halfway through the Algebra 2 book and we've never done anything but watched her kids while she taught us, so today we went an hour and a half early and we cleaned up a lot of her yard for her, which was fun and really nice and I'm glad we did it because Mrs. V is AWESOME, kthnx.

Also, if you did not not check out lassiterfics awesome entry here, GO. I COMMAND YOU. AND READ THE COMMENTS, BECAUSE THERE IS MORE THERE.  LOTS MORE. Because I didn't really explain it before, it's a Merlin crack verse where the main four of Merlin are New England college students writing fanfic about a show (possibly called 'Revolutions'?) about Karl Marx (played by Colin Morgan) and Friedrich Engels (played by Bradley James) along with a quick-witted barmaid named Marie (played by Katie McGrath) and Jenny von Westphalen (played by Angel Coulby). They argue about the shipping and motivations and write fanfic and Merlin teaches Arthur about LJ and there's also video diaries for the fake!show and it's all just SO EPIC OMG YAYYY.

Thirdly, OMG I need to be writing my original!fic at some point here, don't I? Or at least picking which one I'm going to do and STICKING TO IT.

Oh, Algebra II, you say? What have y'all been doing? We're doing a little Algebra II in my Geometry class right now.

We're doing graphing three-variable equations, some systems of equations review, and such stuff. I kind of like it and kind of don't ever want to do it. EVER.

Ooooh, three variable equations, I've never done those. We're mostly doing some radians and trigonometry, but I remember systems of equations. Bleh. :(

Haha, yeah, I have decided they are international students at a university in Weymouth, MA. AHAHAHA, which actually exists, as I have just found out on Wikipedia. Sorry, actual town of Weymouth! And there is additional headexplode because it's in the same county my boyfriend lives in. Perhaps that's subconscious?!

Actually I'm not sure if they are. I'm still playing with that. I've been falling out of love with the Merlin/Arthur ship for a while now, and tend to throw it in only for lulz or as device. I love Merlin/Arthur as heavily subtextual buddies though. The fraught gen! But Morgana is definitely pining for Gwen.
