 the sore throat and headache yesterday night were the precursor to an absolutely miserable night, 'cuz of fever. Not feeling all that better now, but much less like I'm burning alive. 

however, I had a good time with my sister and boyfriend and mom last night, discussing all sorts of things, and I'm sure I'll be fine with a lot of sleep and water. I just need to get through the next several hours, because I still feel like all my bones are made out of lead.

*hugs* I hope you feel better soon, hon. I have found that Advil helps with the fever, if you're not already taking it? (I had my first fever in years last year, during finals season, no less. That was fun.)

*hugs* thanks! yeah, I sort of just slept. a lot. and drank water. and hung around on the internets some. :P I tend to avoid pain killers unless I have to - I have Hang Ups on drugs/medication of, uh, any kind. (oh, that does NOT sound like fun at all.)

Yeah, I totally get that. Water is good! Water and sleeping. *nods firmly* (I will also tell you that foreign languages make even less sense than usual when one has A Temperature. Things I have learned...)
